The Cluster Sales Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the sales and operational performance of multiple branches within the assigned cluster. This role is responsible for achieving sales targets for motorcycles, parts, and repossessed units through strategic planning and execution of Below-The-Line (BTL) marketing activities.

Key responsibilities include managing budgets, monitoring staff productivity, analyzing market trends, and ensuring compliance with company policies. The Cluster Head will lead and develop branch teams, enhance customer relationships, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Educational Background:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field

Professional Experience:

Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in sales and operations management, preferably in the automotive or motorcycle industry, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets. Supervisory Level is acceptable at least with 2 years experience.
