Sales Supervisor

Homemaker Furniture Corporation is looking for a Sales Supervisor to lead our showroom team in Luzon. The role is responsible for supervising daily sales operations, guiding the sales team, and ensuring targets are achieved while maintaining excellent customer service.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Business Management, Marketing Management, or any related course
• With at least 2–3 years of supervisory experience in the retail industry
• Strong leadership, sales, and customer service skills
• Ability to manage and motivate a sales team

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor daily sales operations
• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets
• Implement sales strategies and company policies
• Ensure excellent customer service and resolve client concerns
• Prepare and review sales reports
