Description

  • Team Leadership & Management
  • Lead and supervise a team of sales representatives, ensuring they meet sales targets and KPIs.
  • Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to the sales team.
  • Motivate and support the team to achieve high levels of performance and client satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular one-on-one meetings with sales representatives to review performance, address challenges, and set goals.
  • Oversee daily activities of the sales team, ensuring compliance with company processes and standards.
  • Business Development
  • Identify and target new business opportunities for the manpower agency, including new clients and market segments.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to understand their staffing needs.
  • Develop and present tailored staffing solutions to meet client requirements, including temporary, permanent, and contract placements.
  • Conduct regular sales calls, meetings, and presentations to secure new business and expand the agency's client base.
  • Negotiate terms and contracts with clients, ensuring profitability while maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Client Relationship Management
  • Serve as the main point of contact for key clients, ensuring their staffing needs are met promptly and efficiently.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and take proactive steps to address any concerns or issues.
  • Maintain regular follow-ups with clients to ensure ongoing relationships and identify new staffing needs.
  • Conduct client reviews and ensure that services are aligned with client expectations.
  • Sales Strategy & Target Management
  • Assist in developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Set clear sales goals and monitor the sales team's progress toward achieving them.
  • Provide guidance and support to the team in overcoming challenges and closing sales.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to adjust sales strategies and improve results.
  • Recruitment Process Support
  • Work closely with the recruitment and operations teams to ensure a seamless process for placing candidates.
  • Ensure that candidates meet client specifications regarding skills, experience, and qualifications.
  • Provide feedback to the recruitment team on client needs and ensure that recruitment strategies are aligned with sales efforts.
  • Reporting & Administration
  • Prepare regular sales reports and performance updates for senior management.
  • Track and manage sales activities, leads, client interactions, and recruitment progress.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems to monitor client details, sales progress, and outcomes.
  • Ensure all sales paperwork, contracts, and client agreements are completed accurately and on time.
  • Collaboration with Internal Teams
  • Collaborate with recruitment, HR, and operations teams to efficiently fulfill client staffing needs.
  • Work with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns that support business development efforts.

Requirement

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • Sales or recruitment certification is a plus (e.g., Certified Staffing Professional, etc.).

Experience:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales or business development within the staffing, recruitment, or manpower industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a sales team.
  • Strong understanding of staffing solutions, recruitment processes, and workforce management.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Skills:

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Knowledge of the local labor market, staffing trends, and regulatory requirements.
