Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple branches within the assigned area.
• Ensure achievement of branch targets in loan releases, collections, portfolio growth, and profitability.
• Monitor and maintain healthy portfolio quality by minimizing delinquency and controlling portfolio at risk (PAR).
• Analyze branch performance reports and implement action plans to improve operational and financial results.
• Supervise, coach, and evaluate Branch Managers and branch personnel to improve productivity and performance.
• Conduct regular branch visits, operational audits, and field inspections to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Review and approve transactions within delegated authority, including loan recommendations, fund requests, and operational concerns.
• Identify operational risks and recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare and submit timely operational and performance reports to Senior Management.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure efficient branch operations.
• Lead employee development through coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
• Promote a culture of integrity, accountability, teamwork, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Business Administration, Management, Banking and Finance, Entrepreneurship, or any related field.
• At least 3–5 years of supervisory or managerial experience, preferably in the microfinance, banking, or financial services industry.
• Proven experience in handling multiple branches, loan portfolio management, and staff supervision.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to analyze branch performance reports and implement strategic improvements.
• Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and reporting tools.
• Willing to travel frequently and conduct field visits within the assigned area.
