Job Summary:

Site Manager is responsible for overseeing the planning, development, construction, maintenance, and operational management of residential housing projects and communities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managed daily operations of housing and land development projects.
• Supervised site engineers, contractors, subcontractors, and support staff.
• Monitored project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure timely completion.
• Conducted site inspections and ensured compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Reviewed and approved contractor billings, purchase requests, and project expenditures.
• Coordinated with head office, property management, and stakeholders on project progress and operational concerns.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.
• Professional license (e.g., Civil Engineer) is a MUST.
• At least 5 years of experience in housing, land development, or construction project management.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, project planning, budgeting, and quality control.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in project management and construction software.
• Willing to travel to various project sites within Rizal.
• Can start ASAP
