- The Area Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of multiple projects or business units within a designated area.
- The role ensures that company standards, policies, and objectives are consistently met across all assigned locations.
- The Area Manager provides leadership, guidance, and support to local managers and staff, while monitoring performance, profitability, customer satisfaction, and compliance with company standards.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field. (License is an advantage)
- Experience Level: 3-5 years of experience in managerial roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Oversee operations, manage teams, and ensure targets are met.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment with occasional travel required.
- Qualities and Traits: Proactive, results-oriented, and adaptable to change.
- Motorcycle/car is an advantage
