1. Operations Management

* Responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the gasoline stations within the assigned areas, ensuring that they run smoothly and efficiently

* Responsible for monitoring of sales and analyzing for marketing strategies to increase revenue and market share within their area

2. Team Management

* Responsible for leading and managing the team, training, monitoring, and maintaining good relationship with the employees

* Provide coaching and performance feedback to help employees improve their skills and achieve their goals

* Identify areas for improvement and develop action plans

3. Customer Service

* Responsible for providing excellent customer service to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty

* Respond to customer complaints and resolve issues to maintain positive customer relationships

4. Compliance and Safety

* Responsible for ensuring that the stations comply with safety protocols and regulatory requirements

* Ensures that employees receive appropriate training to maintain compliance

QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.

- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.

- At least 1–2 years of experience in the petroleum industry or in the operation of a gasoline station.

- Proficient in leadership and management.

- Skilled in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

- Driver's license (Required)
