Wook Global PH is looking for a Area Manager to drive growth in the appliance industry. This role involves managing relationships with distributors and dealers, identifying business opportunities, and supporting the development of effective sales strategies. The Area Manager will play a key role in expanding the company’s market presence while ensuring smooth operations and strong partner engagement.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Experience in the appliance industry and familiarity with various sales channels
• Ability to identify and develop potential distributors and dealers
• Responsible for achieving sales targets and strengthening product positioning
• Plan and execute promotional programs for distributors and dealers
• Monitor and manage inventory levels and sell-out performance
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
• Manage distributor and dealer partnerships and resolve related issues
• Deliver product information and gather market intelligence
• Recommend sales strategies and activities aligned with the approved business strategy

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field; 2–3 years of channel sales experience preferred
• Excellent communication skills in English and Filipino
• Results-oriented, able to work well under pressure, and a strong team player
• Passionate about customer service and building positive relationships
