Key Responsibilities:

• Create and execute sales strategies tailored to the hardware, construction, and tools industry.
• Supervise, train, and support Sales Representatives; assign coverage areas and ensure performance targets are met.
• Deliver monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales objectives.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities to expand market share and increase revenue.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with major hardware clients and key accounts.
• Evaluate team performance, provide coaching, and enhance sales execution.
• Address customer concerns promptly to maintain a high level of satisfaction.
• Coordinate with logistics, finance, and marketing teams to support client requirements and improve operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or any related discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience in sales leadership, preferably in hardware, tools, or construction-related industries.
• Demonstrated experience managing regional or area-based sales teams.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Results-oriented, strategic, and capable of driving performance to meet targets.
