Description
- Oversee daily operations of the resort to ensure a high level of guest satisfaction.
- Manage staff recruitment, training, and development to maintain service quality.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract more guests.
- Monitor financial performance and prepare budgets to achieve profitability goals.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- Experience Level: 0–2 years of experience in hospitality management
- Skills and Competencies: Strong organization skills and attention to detail
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to problem solve and handle guest complaints effectively
- Working Conditions: Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required
