  • Oversee daily operations of the resort to ensure a high level of guest satisfaction.
  • Manage staff recruitment, training, and development to maintain service quality.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract more guests.
  • Monitor financial performance and prepare budgets to achieve profitability goals.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field
  • Experience Level: 0–2 years of experience in hospitality management
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong organization skills and attention to detail
  • Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to problem solve and handle guest complaints effectively
  • Working Conditions: Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required
