1. Create and maintain records of specification and drawing.

2.   Site visits, meeting and reports

3. Provide conceptualized Drafting and Detailing.

4. Tending of permits for Project Operations.

5.  Supervise and assist Materials testing.

6. Do time and motion Study by Actual monitoring.

7. Perform other duties and responsibilities that may be assign by the Supervisor/Manager from time to time.

8.  Create design plans for spaces.

9.  Creating detailed plans and blueprints for new buildings, renovations, or extensions, considering functionality, aesthetics, and client needs.

10.Presenting design concepts to clients, and planning authorities.

11. Performs other task that may be assigned from time to time.

III. EDUCATION, TECHNICAL CAPABILITY & CAREER

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture
• Passed the Licensure Board and with valid PRC License
• Proficient in MS Office application
• Proficient in design software
• Good in oral and written communication
