ARCHITECT (WITH LICENSE)

Qualifications:

• Licensed Architect (PRC)
• Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Architecture
• Knowledgeable in the National Building Code and local zoning regulations
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and other design software
• Resident of Antipolo City

Responsibilities:

• Prepare architectural designs, plans, and detailed drawings
• Sign and seal architectural plans and official documents
• Coordinate with clients, engineers, and contractors
• Supervise construction to ensure proper implementation of the design
• Ensure compliance with building codes and regulatory requirements
• Prepare project estimates, schedules, and documentation
• Conduct site inspections and attend project meetings

ARCHITECT (WITHOUT LICENSE)

(Architectural Apprentice / Architectural Staff)

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Architecture
• Not yet a licensed architect (apprentice or fresh graduate)
• Knowledgeable in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and basic 3D rendering software
• Willing to learn and work under the supervision of a licensed architect
• Resident of Antipolo City

Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing architectural drawings and design concepts
• Create presentation materials and 3D visualizations
• Coordinate with senior architects for plan revisions
• Conduct site measurements and documentation
• Organize and manage architectural files and drawings
• Perform tasks assigned by the licensed architect
