- Develop and oversee architectural designs and plans for various projects.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.
- Utilize CAD and SketchUp software to create detailed drawings and visualizations.
- Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies to inform design decisions.
- Work collaboratively within a team to refine and enhance interior design elements.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field
- Experience Level: 1–3 years of experience in architectural design
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in CAD, SketchUp, and interior deepening design
- Qualities and Traits: Strong attention to detail and creativity
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
- Working Conditions: Combination of office and on-site project work
