Qualifications:

• Licensed Architect
• With 5–9 years of experience in fit-out construction
• Extensive experience in high-end residential and commercial fit-out projects
• Strong background in project supervision, site management, and quality control
• Proficient in reading and interpreting architectural and construction drawings
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Willing to be assigned to project sites within Metro Manila
• Can start ASAP (preferred)

Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities – Estimator (Fit-Out Works)

• Prepare accurate quantity take-offs and cost estimates based on architectural, structural, and MEPF drawings.
• Review project plans, specifications, and contract documents for fit-out and interior finishing works. Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ), material quantity summaries, and cost breakdowns.
• Request and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
• Analyze labor, material, equipment, and subcontract costs to prepare competitive project estimates.
• Coordinate with the Design, Engineering, Purchasing, and Project Management teams for cost validation and project requirements.
• Conduct site inspections when necessary to verify project scope and existing site conditions.
• Identify value engineering opportunities to optimize project costs without compromising quality.
• Update and maintain a database of material prices, labor rates, and subcontractor costs.
• Assist in preparing bid proposals, tender documents, and project cost reports.
• Monitor project budgets and compare actual costs against estimated costs during project execution.
• Ensure estimates are completed within the required deadlines while maintaining accuracy and compliance with company standards.
