Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing architectural drawings such as plans, elevations, sections, and construction details.
• Create presentations and design visuals using AutoCAD, SketchUp, and rendering tools (Lumion, D5, Enscape).
• Conduct site visits to document existing conditions and support project supervision.
• Research building codes, standards, and local regulations applicable to projects.
• Collaborate with project teams to provide design inputs and technical support.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and suppliers for design and construction requirements.
• Assist in preparing project proposals, cost estimates, contracts, and specifications.
• Support project management activities, including scheduling, budgeting, and client communication.
• Stay informed on architectural trends, sustainable practices, new materials, and technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, and rendering software (Lumion, D5, or Enscape).
• Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
• Basic understanding of building codes, construction techniques, and materials.
• Experience in a construction firm is an advantage.
• Architectural licensure (or currently pursuing licensure) is desirable but not required.
