What you'll be doing

• Preparing detailed architectural drawings, plans, and specifications using computer-aided design (CAD) software
• Conducting site visits, evaluating project feasibility, and providing technical guidance to ensure successful bowling center's project delivery
• Obtaining necessary permits and approvals from local authorities
• Monitoring construction progress and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget
• Staying up-to-date with the latest architectural trends, technologies, and building codes

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture
• Must be a licensed Architect.
• 3 to 5 years of experience as an Architect.
• Proficient in the use of CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit)
• Strong design skills, with the ability to create visually appealing and functional architectural solutions
• Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making abilities
• Understanding of local building codes, regulations, and construction practices
• Passion for architecture and a commitment to staying up-to-date with industry trends and innovations
