Key Responsibilities

• Develop accurate layout and floor plans in AutoCAD for client approval and site implementation
• Create high-quality 3D renderings and interior/exterior visualizations for presentations
• Produce walkthrough animations using Enscape or Lumion
• Collaborate with the design and construction team to ensure alignment between design and build
• Review and refine architectural plans, elevations, and sections
• Produce complete, detailed construction drawings
• Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning laws, and industry standards

Qualifications

• Licensed Architect (with valid PRC license)
• Minimum 2 years experience in residential architecture
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, and Lumion
• Skilled in rendering, space planning, and technical detailing
• Detail-oriented with a strong eye for design accuracy
• Good communication skills and a team-player mindset

Preferred Skills

• Strong background in residential projects (bungalows, two-storey homes, modern houses, etc.)
• Knowledge of local building codes and permitting process
• Ability to handle multiple projects and deliver on time
