Job Description
- Can supervise architectural graduates, patient, has the ability to lead, hardworking, able to multi task
- Prepare and negotiate cost estimates, budgets and work timetables
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other construction and building specialists
- Instruct and supervise construction personnel and activities on site
- Comply with legal requirements, building and safety codes and other regulations
- Schedule and coordinate all construction processes so that project meets design specifications
- Ensures that projects are completed on time and within budget
- Develop and implement quality control programs
- Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion
- Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverable and estimate costs
- Willing to do site supervision
- Proficient in CAD 2D Drawing, Sketch Up 3D Modelling
- Knowledgeable in VRay rendering and other software
- Knowledge in building construction and estimates
- Graduate of Architecture
- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Willing to assign Bacoor, Cavite Area (2 open positions)
- Willing to assign in Mandaluyong (2 open positions)
