DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Monitor and coordinate release of Handover clearances from other departments. 
• Schedules Handover to buyers and attend all buyers' Handover related concerns. 
• Coordinate with buyers and to Meralco branch representative/s all concerns related to name transfer, including collection of requirements. 

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be a graduate of BS Architecture or a related field.
• Preferably with at least one (1) year experience in Real Estate and/or Business processing (documents/payments). 
• Skills needed: effective written and oral communication skills, computer literate, fluent in English, leadership, integrity, critical and strategical thinker. 
• Can work with less supervision. 
• Customer service oriented and can handle irate unit owners.
• Willing to work under a project-based contract.
• Willing to work in projects in Pasig and Quezon City.
