Responsibilities:

• Provides technical assistance in design management.
• Prepares standard correspondence, notices to proceed, and consultancy agreements for consultants.
• Monitors and updates Design Consultancy Costs for ongoing projects.
• Coordinates with internal departments involved in the project(s) and the design team.
• Prepares correspondence and project documentation with consultants.
• Performs all other related functions as required from time to time.

Requirements:

• BS Architecture graduate with 1–3 years of work experience in project planning, design, and construction
• Effective written and oral communication skills
• Adequate knowledge of technical computer software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, Bluebeam Revu)
