Junior Architect

We are looking for a motivated and creative Junior Architect to join our design and construction team. The Junior Architect will assist in architectural planning, drafting, design development, and project coordination under the supervision of senior architects and project managers. The role involves preparing drawings, 3D visualizations, site inspections, and supporting project documentation from concept to construction.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing architectural concepts and design solutions
• Prepare architectural drawings, plans, sections, elevations, and detailed construction documents
• Create 2D and 3D models using AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and rendering software
• Support project presentations and preparation of visual materials
• Coordinate with engineers, consultants, contractors, and suppliers
• Conduct site inspections, site measurements, and progress monitoring
• Ensure drawings and designs comply with building codes and project requirements
• Assist in preparing project specifications, reports, and permit documents
• Maintain organized project files and documentation
• Perform other related tasks assigned by senior architects or project managers

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Experience in architectural design, drafting, or construction is an advantage
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, Enscape, or similar software
• Knowledge of building codes, construction methods, and materials
• Strong design, drafting, and visualization skills
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines
• Willing to conduct fieldwork and site visits when necessary

Preferred Skills

• Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Creative Suite
• BIM knowledge and Revit experience
• Presentation and project coordination skills
• Time management and multitasking abilities
• Problem-solving and analytical thinking
