Jr. Architect

3 MONTHS CONTRACT ONLY.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Concept Development: Work with clients to determine project requirements, budgets, and design preferences.
• Design & Planning: Develop architectural plans, sketches, and 3D models using 3d software.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure designs comply with building codes, zoning law, and safety regulations.
• Project Coordination: Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and consultants to bring designs to life.
• Material Selection: Recommend sustainable and cost-effective materials for construction.
• Site Supervision: Oversee construction progress to ensure quality and adherence to design specifications.
• Problem Solving: Address design and structural challenges that arise during the project.
• Documentation: Prepare and submit necessary permits, reports, and construction documents.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

• With or without licensed
• Proficient in AutoCAD 2D/3D, Sketch up and other architectural software.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and sustainability practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and project management skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• 1-2 years of experience in architectural design and construction
• Experience in residential, commercial projects is advantage
