Job Title: Architectural CAD/Revit Modeler

Its branch office in Philippines, is an extension of its architectural and engineering production team focusing on detail design works. It is to compliment the main office to produce quality and excellent detail designs that are delivered on time and to satisfaction of the clients. AEB have completed numerous commercial, residential, civic, institutional, educational and historic preservation projects for a variety of public and private clients throughout Qatar, Abu Dhabi, Oman, Kuwait, Egypt, Yemen, and Sudan.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Implements from sketches to detailed architectural designs using REVIT and BIM Modelling works as per specified instructions of Team Leader or Senior Interior Designers.
• Adheres and complies to standard set for execution of implementation of design works.
• Prepares design project drawings with consistency, accuracy, neatness and presentation.
• Execute drafting activities based on strong CAD/Revit knowledge and can troubleshoot CAD/ Revit design software issues independently, when needed.
• Attends to any direct instructions from the Employer regarding development and progress of the production design drawings.
• Ensures design and computer-aided production works are submitted on time as per schedule.
• Performs duties and other functions as maybe directed by the Employer from time to time.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture
• At least 2 years of work experience in using CAD/Revit
• Proficiency in Revit, BIM Modeling, and AutoCAD
