Description
- Design and develop detailed architectural plans and specifications.
- Coordinate and collaborate with engineers, builders, and clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct site assessments and surveys to inform design decisions.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations.
- Create innovative solutions for aesthetic and functional design problems.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit)
- Skills and Competencies: Strong understanding of architectural structure and building materials
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication and project coordination skills
- Skills and Competencies: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Responsibilities and Duties: Strong time management and organizational skills to handle multiple projects
