Responsibilities:

• Develop and present architectural designs and plans.
• Collaborate with clients, engineers, and contractors throughout project phases.
• Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies.
• Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
• Oversee project timelines and budgets.

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
• Licensed Architect in the Philippines (with updated PRC license).
• Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.).
• Strong creativity, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and project management abilities.
