Ensures that proper internal control is exercised within the Accounting and Finance Department.
Communicate and raise concerns to her Immediate Superior from time to time in case of any problems that may arise.
Receiving and recording of customer’s payments in the Accounting System which includes AR- Trade and other income from services.
Monitors customer’s due for payments and timely collection of payments.
Preparation of timely Statement of Accounts (SOA) for all overdue accounts.
Reconciliation of Accounts Receivable subsidiary ledger in the manual AR- Collection template.
Assist in reconciling and analysis of Accounts Receivable related accounts.
Receiving, checks completeness of documentation and recording payments from customers.
Assign in regular follow-up of collections from supervisors
Preparation of weekly due for collection reports.
Responsible for endorsing check collections to thefinance Department.
Responsible of update and monitoring of Collection Receipts.
Other task that maybe assigned from time to time.

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
Proficient in MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Access, Project, and etc.)
With minimum of 2 years working experience on Accounts Receivable specifically in invoice collection and Cash Application process
