We are seeking an enthusiastic Appointment Setter to connect with potential clients, producers, and industry professionals on behalf of TMG Entertainment Inc. and its partners. Your main responsibility will be to schedule meetings and consultations with prospective collaborators and investors, helping to expand our network and drive growth in our projects, including the highly anticipated series El Rogue.

• Conduct outbound calls, emails, and messages to schedule meetings with potential clients, producers, and partners.
• Introduce TMG Entertainment’s services and projects to prospects, highlighting opportunities for collaboration and investment.
• Maintain an organized record of leads, contacts, and scheduled appointments in the company CRM.
• Follow up on leads from marketing campaigns and referrals.
• Coordinate schedules with the relevant teams to ensure seamless meeting arrangements.
• Meet or exceed weekly/monthly appointment-setting targets.
• Provide excellent communication and address basic inquiries about TMG Entertainment’s projects, including El Rogue and Sojos TV.

• Previous experience as an appointment setter, telemarketer, or in a similar role preferred.
• Strong interest in the entertainment industry and familiarity with film production or distribution is a plus.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and communication platforms.
