Description

  • Act as the first point of contact for client inquiries and service requests in the BPO & Call Center industry.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, leveraging in-depth product knowledge to effectively pitch solutions aligning with customer needs.
  • Record and update customer interactions in the CRM system, ensuring accurate and timely communication with internal teams.
  • Foster relationships with potential clients and industry professionals to expand TRU Group's market presence and reputation.

Requirements

  • Education: Min. High/Senior High School degree
  • Experience Level: Less than 1-year experience
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in English Language, strong negotiation skills, ability to provide sales support, effective teamwork capabilities, and excellent communication skills.
  • Working Conditions: Full time. Onsite. Morning Shift.
  • Qualities and Traits: Looking for a driven, results-oriented individual with a competitive spirit, a commitment to continuous improvement, and the ability to work both independently and within a team.
