We are currently looking for a Junior Cost Estimator to join our growing team. This role is ideal for engineering graduates or early-career professionals who are looking to build a strong foundation in cost estimation, technical coordination, and project support.

You will work closely with our Sales, Engineering, and Procurement teams, gaining hands-on experience in preparing accurate and competitive quotations that directly contribute to business success.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare preliminary cost estimates for standard pump models

• Develop accurate and competitive quotations based on customer requirements

• Review and validate Requests for Quotation (RFQs)

• Coordinate with procurement for updated pricing and product availability

• Assist in costing, quotation processing, and purchase order validation

• Work with Sales and Technical teams to gather necessary project details

• Prepare and maintain technical and financial documentation

• Ensure proper filing and documentation of all quotations for future reference

Qualifications

• Graduate of any Engineering course (Fresh graduates are welcome)

• Undergraduate applicants with at least 1 year relevant experience may also apply

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Detail-oriented with good time management

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

• Basic knowledge of pumps and motors is an advantage but not required
