Overview

A Kitchen Technician is responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of kitchen appliances and equipment in commercial or residential settings. This role ensures that all kitchen systems operate safely, efficiently, and in compliance with health and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, service, and repair kitchen appliances (e.g., ovens, refrigerators, dishwashers, fryers, grills).
• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on gas, electric, and mechanical kitchen equipment.
• Diagnose faults and carry out corrective actions promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts used, and service schedules.
