Schedule: Shifting Schedule

Job Responsibilities:

• Keep the office, facilities, and equipment clean, safe, and well-maintained.
• Perform basic maintenance and minor repairs when needed.
• Conduct routine inspections and report any repair concerns.
• Assist with housekeeping and cleaning duties to maintain a pleasant work environment.
• Coordinate with contractors for major repairs when necessary.

Qualifications:

• With related Maintenance, utility, housekeeping, or janitorial experience is an advantage.
• Basic maintenance and repair skills.
• Can work independently and has a positive attitude.
• Preferably residing in Mandaluyong City or nearby areas.
• Preferably owns a motorcycle for easier transportation.
• Open to all educational backgrounds close to Maintenance activities
