- Install, commission, and test coffee equipment (espresso machines, brewers, grinders, water filtration systems) at customer sites.
- Conduct routine preventive maintenance and servicing based on company schedules.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and electronic faults in coffee equipment.
- Respond to service calls in a timely manner, providing professional on-site support.
- Educate customers and store personnel on proper equipment usage and maintenance.
- Provide training, guidance, and professional development to technical assistants to ensure competency, productivity, and adherence to company standards.
- Maintain accurate service records, logs, and reports on completed jobs.
- Ensure all tools, parts, and equipment are properly maintained and accounted for.
- Coordinate with the manufacturer technical support team for complex issues or parts requests.
- Comply with safety protocols, and adhere to company policies and manufacturer guidelines.
- Support inventory and spare parts management by reporting usage and needs.
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance while representing the company on-site.
- Technical diploma, certification, or training in mechanical, electrical, or electronics field preferred.
- Proven experience in repairing and maintaining coffee equipment or similar foodservice appliances.
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Good understanding of electrical wiring, water lines, and equipment calibration.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a service schedule.
- Willing to travel extensively.
- With valid driver’s license an advantage.
