  • Technically Skilled or familiar with coffee machines
  • Troubleshooting technical issues
  • Diagnosing, repairing & replacing technical machines with familiarity
  • Provide support and assistance to the sales, technical, and training team
  • Can train clients in basic troubleshooting
  • Can communicate with clients/customers the technical issues being addressed
  • Can multi-task 

Requirement

  • At least College Level, Vocational, or College Graduate
  • Similar experience is a plus
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Good written and verbal communication
  • Fast learner and can adapt easily to fast-paced working environment
  • Willing to be trained
