Job Overview

Responsible for the listing, delisting management of spot and perpetual trading pairs on the platform. Coordinate with project managers, operations, technical, risk control, and liquidity teams to ensure that listing processes are standardized, efficient, and compliant, while improving trading depth and market activity.

Responsibilities

1. Listing Process Management

2. Conduct research and analysis on the cryptocurrency market.

3. Manage and execute the spot and perpetual trading pairs listing process.

4. Coordinate with the operations team to facilitate smooth listing execution.

5. Plan and allocate resources during high-volume listing periods.

6. Monitor and respond to token delisting announcements and updates from price feeds/providers.

7. Manage delisting, trading suspension, and trading resumption processes for trading pairs.

8. Have the authority to reject listing applications for pairs that present obvious risks or fail to meet basic requirements.

9. Support other ad-hoc tasks as required.

Requirements

Basic Qualifications

1. Strong fundamental knowledge of financial markets and understanding of trading principles in FX and cryptocurrencies. Fresh graduates are welcome; relevant industry internship or work experience is preferred.

2. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, enabling effective cross-team and cross-region collaboration.

3. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.

4. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment with strong learning capability and resilience under pressure.

5. Good academic background and continuous interest in the cryptocurrency industry and global financial markets.

6. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team. Strong sense of responsibility and self-motivation.

7. Willing to support overtime or holiday shift arrangements when required.

Preferred Qualifications (Bonus Points)

1. Experience in cryptocurrency or CFD-related industries.

2. Familiarity with blockchain data analysis tools.

3. Experience in spot trading and perpetuals trading, including other trading-related operations.
