Responsibilities

• Install, inspect, maintain, and repair air condition units ( split-type, window-type, inverter, VRF/VRV system)
• Perform preventive maintenance and cleaning of AC units.
• Diagnose Electrical and Mechanical Faults and perform necessary repairs.
• Conduct system testing and ensure proper functionality after installation or servicing.
• Handle refrigerant charging, leak detection, and system vacuumking.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and proper handling of tools and equipment.
• Prepare service reports, job orders, and maintenance checklists.
• Coordinate with clients regarding service schedules, issues, and recommendations.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the work area and proper use of company tools and materials.
• Assist in troubleshooting related electrical or mechanical concerns when needed.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Technical-Vocational course; TESDA National Certificate (NC III) is preferred
• With 1 year of experience in air conditioning installation and repair
• Knowledgeable in different AC systems (split-type, Window -type, etc. )
• Skilled in troubleshooting electrical and mechanical issues
• Ability to read basic technical diagrams and manuals
• Physical fit and willing to work on-site / field work
• Willing to render overtime and work on weekends if required
