- Install, inspect, and maintain refrigeration, air conditioning, and cooling systems.
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults in systems.
- Repair and replace defective parts and components.
- Conduct regular preventive maintenance.
- Monitor and record operating conditions and performance.
- Follow safety procedures and environmental regulations.
- Keep accurate service records and maintenance logs.
- Collaborate with other maintenance staff to resolve complex issues.
- Vocational or technical course graduate in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Technology (or related field).
- TESDA NCII in RAC Servicing is an advantage.
- At least 1 year of experience in refrigeration/air conditioning maintenance (open to fresh graduates if technically skilled).
- Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and manuals.
- Knowledgeable in troubleshooting electrical and mechanical issues.
- Physically fit to perform manual work and handle tools/equipment.
- Amenable to shifting schedules, overtime, and on-call duties.
