• Respond quickly in the event of an emergency, notify appropriate personnel, and follow safety protocols

• Conduct maintenance of electrical systems

• Survey units and repair mechanical systems to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

• Support the setup of ventilation, refrigeration, and other systems and conduct repairs when necessary

• Maintain heating and plumbing systems to ensure functionality

• Inspect alarm systems such as carbon dioxide and fire protection and quickly schedule repairs when needed

• Undertake pest control activities such as spraying insecticide

• Repair appliances as necessary, including microwave, AC, refrigerator, fan, etc.

• Perform aircon cleaning and maintenance

• Follow specified Standard Operating Procedures

• Check, repair, and provide preliminary solutions for units

Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate or a Bachelor's Degree in any field

• At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required

• 1–4 years of experience specializing in Maintenance/Repair (Facilities & Machinery) or equivalent

• Experience with aircon technologies is an advantage but not required

• Willingness to perform roving setups when needed
