Responsibilities

• Installation: Install air conditioning systems and components in residential and commercial settings, ensuring compliance with safety and building codes.
• Maintenance: Perform regular maintenance on air conditioning units, including cleaning, adjusting, and refilling refrigerant levels to ensure optimal performance.
• Repair: Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with air conditioning systems, replacing or repairing defective parts as necessary.
• Customer Service: Advise clients on the best air conditioning solutions for their needs, including energy efficiency and system upgrades.
• Documentation: Prepare reports on work activities, including maintenance schedules and service records, to keep management informed.
• Emergency Response: Be on-call for emergency repairs, addressing urgent issues that may arise outside of regular working hours.

Job Requirements

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in understanding and repairing various air conditioning systems, including residential and commercial units.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve issues quickly and effectively.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in confined spaces, as well as endure varying weather conditions.
• Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with clients and explain technical information clearly.
• Certifications: Relevant certifications in TESDA (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) may be required or preferred.
