- Conducts regular rounds/inspection of all building air-conditioning equipment / air handling units.
- Ensures that all equipment are in good running condition. Otherwise, implement trouble shooting activities to rectify any noted defects.
- Reports to Facilities Engineer or Supervisor any noted defects on the equipment, incidents and action taken to rectify the matter.
- Implements instructions from Facilities Engineer or Supervisor on matters that require immediate attention.
- Monitors operation of air conditioning, cooling systems, freezers, cold storages, etc.
- Accomplish daily equipment checklist and schedule of periodic preventive maintenance ( weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual)
- Monitor Preventive Maintenance conducted by the contractors sych as but not limited to air-conditioning equipment, chillers, air handling units, freezers, cold storages, etc.
- Endorse to incoming technician accomplished and unaccomplished activities for the day to ensure continuity of programmed activities.
