Regular:
· Executes assigned tasks and collaborates with the team to ensure the effective fulfillment of ESD services.
· Performs installation, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of the following depending on the contracted services:
· Air-conditioning System
· Water and Sewerage System
· Drainage system
· Fire Protection and Fire Alarm System
· Electrical System
· Civil Works
· Plumbing
Emergency Response Services:
· Works with the team in the implementation of the 24 x 7 emergency technical assistance to managed projects of FPD Asia
· Responds to emergencies within the established service levels of FPD Asia
· Prepares service report for every completed emergency repair and submits the same to the Helpdesk
