Job Summary:

An Aircon Technician, installs, maintains, repairs, and services air conditioning systems and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and set up air conditioning units at customer sites according to planned layout and installation designs.
• Perform maintenance and preventive inspections on HVAC equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity as assigned.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions to restore functionality.
• Repair and replace defective components or parts as needed, using hand and power tools and following safety protocols.
• Coordinate with immediate superior to schedule equipment installation, dismantling and mobilization in a timely and efficient manner.
• Maintain accurate records of repair activities, including work performed, parts used, status using manual forms.
• Provide technical support and assistance to customers and internal team as needed, addressing inquiries and resolving technical issues promptly and professionally.
• Provide assistance to company facility when available.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Vocational Degree in RAC/Tesda NCII.
• At least 5 years of experience in AC / HVAC repair and maintenance.
• Willing to be assigned in project site outside Metro Manila/Provinces.
