MD Aircon Enterprise is looking for highly motivated individuals to join our team as Air Conditioning Technician Trainees. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the HVAC industry and learn from experienced professionals.

• Educational Background
• Fresh Graduate or Vocational
• Experience
• No prior experience required (entry-level position)
• Any experience in mechanical or electrical work is a plus
• Technical Skills (can be developed during training)
• Willingness to learn HVAC installation, cleaning, and maintenance
• Basic understanding of tools and equipment (e.g., gauges, vacuum pump, etc.)
• Physical Requirements
• Must be physically fit and able to carry heavy equipment
• Comfortable working in hot or elevated environments
• Soft Skills & Attitude
• Willing to be trained on-site and in actual fieldwork
• Hardworking, punctual, and reliable
• Fast learner with a strong interest in the aircon industry
• Can follow instructions and work under supervision

Other Requirements

• Willing to work in Metro Manila or assigned project areas
• Willing to render overtime, weekends, or holidays if needed
• Must have a valid ID and basic employment documents (e.g., resume, barangay clearance, police/NBI clearance, etc.)
