The Aircon Technician is responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of all Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) and refrigeration systems


I. Maintenance and Inspection

Preventive Maintenance (PM): Conduct routine preventive maintenance on various types of air conditioning units (window-type, split-type, centralized/VRF systems), including cleaning coils, filters, and drainpipes, checking thermostat functionality, and lubricating mechanical parts.

System Checks: Monitor and record system parameters, such as refrigerant levels, temperature readings, pressure gauges, and electrical components, to predict and prevent failures.


II. Repair and Troubleshooting

Diagnosis: Swiftly and accurately diagnose electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration issues in malfunctioning AC units (e.g., faulty compressors, leaks, poor cooling, noise, and drainage problems).

Repair Execution: Perform necessary corrective repairs, which may include replacing faulty components like compressors, condensers, evaporators, motors, belts, or thermostats.

Installation/Dismantling: Assist in the professional installation of new air conditioning units and the dismantling of old units during store renovations or branch relocations.
