Is currently looking for:

AIRCON TECHNICIAN

Job Description:

• Install, maintain and repair air conditioning systems and equipment.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance on air conditioning systems to ensure are operating at optimal capacity.
• Document maintenance and repair work, as reference for future upgrades and maintenance.
• Orders and purchase necessary parts and supplies to complete all tasks.
• Identify maintenance risks on equipment.
• Ensure jobs are completed on time to high-quality standards.
• Carry out minor plumbing maintenance work, including changing or repairing leaks in faucets and drains, trenching and laying of new lines, unclogging of drains, etc.
• Respond to emergency calls for system repair and maintenance.
• Coordinate with the Operations Manager for job orders.
• Coordinate efforts with the company's  contracted Aircon vendors to ensure aircon systems are functioning properly.
• Perform related duties that may be assigned by the superior.

Qualifications:

• Certified Aircon Technician.
• Has a valid Drivers License.
• 1–2 years of experience
• Responsible, dependable, and reliable.
• Can work under less supervision.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong ability and skills to quickly and correctly diagnose, locate, and fix defects in refrigeration and air conditioning systems/units and similar equipment.
• Ability to work in confined spaces and open-air environments.
• Ability to effectively file work orders and write reports.
• Strong ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with customer, colleagues, and supervisors.
• Strong knowledge of practices and principles for effective preventive maintenance of air conditioning systems.
• Knowledge of safety measures and regulations to ensure all work is completed safely and legally.
• Ability to read and understand technical diagrams and manuals.
