• Carry-out facility operation and maintenance activities assigned to him.
• Conduct check list monitoring of the building and facilities equipment.
• To carry-out fabrication works.
• To carry-out tool keeping works.

Job Requirements

• At least HighSchool/Senior High School/College level/ Vocational graduate or any 2 years Technical courses/College Undergraduate Graduate of following courses:

1. Electrical Building Wiring

2. Commercial and Industrial Aircon Servicing.

3. Plumbing

4. Welding

5. Carpentry

6. Masonry

7. Knowledgeable in maintenance and operation of electromechanical equipment relevant to facility operations.

8. Other related technical skill related to facilities operation and maintenance.

• 20/20 vision or with corrective glasses.
• Skilled in Machine trouble shooting, assembly and disassembly
• Previous work experience in a manufacturing firm is an advantage but not required
• Willing to work in shifting schedule.
• Willing to render overtime.
• Willing to work on Sunday's and holidays
• Willing to be deployed at JAE Phils. Inc. located at Gateway Business Park, Brgy. Biclatan, General Trias, City, Cavite.
