We’re Looking for People Who Want to Take AI by the Horns

You do not need to be the best programmer in the room.

You do not need a computer science degree, a long list of certifications, or years of experience with one specific technology.

What we care about is whether you can take an idea, understand what it needs to become successful, and use today’s AI tools to bring it all the way to life.

At KOOYA, we are looking for highly creative, resourceful people who understand that a successful project is more than a good idea or a working piece of code. It requires research, planning, design, execution, testing, communication, problem-solving, and the determination to finish what was started.

This role is for someone who sees AI as a new kind of superpower—and wants to learn how far it can be pushed.

What You’ll Do

You will take real business challenges and help turn them into working solutions from beginning to end.

That may include:

  • Understanding the real problem behind a client request
  • Researching industries, users, competitors, and possible solutions
  • Turning unclear ideas into practical project plans
  • Using tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Codex, Claude Code, Cursor, Replit, and other emerging platforms
  • Creating prototypes, workflows, automations, interfaces, presentations, documentation, and working products
  • Coordinating with developers, designers, clients, and business teams when needed
  • Testing your work and identifying what is confusing, broken, incomplete, or unnecessary
  • Improving the solution until it is genuinely useful—not merely “technically finished”
  • Taking responsibility for the complete outcome of the project

You may use AI to write code, perform research, create designs, analyze information, build workflows, troubleshoot problems, or learn skills you did not have when the project began.

The tool matters less than the result.

What We’re Really Looking For

Creative Intelligence

You can look at a problem from several angles and imagine solutions that are not immediately obvious.

End-to-End Thinking

You understand that a project is only successful when people can actually use it and it delivers the intended result.

Extreme Resourcefulness

When you do not know how to do something, you do not stop. You research, experiment, ask better questions, use AI, find the right person, or teach yourself what is needed.

Ownership

You do not wait for someone to provide every instruction. You identify what is missing, communicate clearly, and move the project forward.

Good Judgment and Taste

You can recognize the difference between something that merely works and something that is thoughtful, clear, polished, and valuable.

Comfort With Uncertainty

You can begin with an incomplete brief, organize the unknowns, and create a practical path forward.

A Finisher’s Mentality

You enjoy ideas, but you care even more about execution. You follow through, test your work, fix the details, and bring projects across the finish line.

Technical Experience Is Helpful—but Not Required

Experience with software development, automation, APIs, CRMs, design tools, or AI platforms is an advantage, but it is not the main requirement.

We are open to people from backgrounds such as:

  • Product and project management
  • Design and creative work
  • Marketing and advertising
  • Operations and process improvement
  • Entrepreneurship
  • Research and strategy
  • Customer experience
  • Software and technology
  • Self-taught AI experimentation

We care more about what you can figure out, create, and complete than what your previous job title was.

You May Be a Strong Fit If You…

  • Regularly use AI to solve real problems, not just to generate text
  • Become deeply curious when presented with something unfamiliar
  • Have built projects, businesses, campaigns, systems, communities, or creative work from the ground up
  • Naturally think about the user, the business objective, and the final outcome
  • Can explain complicated ideas in a clear and practical way
  • Notice missing details before someone points them out
  • Are comfortable experimenting, failing quickly, and improving
  • Believe AI allows one capable person to accomplish what previously required an entire team
  • Want to help define how businesses will operate in an AI-first world

You May Not Be a Strong Fit If You…

  • Need every task broken down into detailed instructions
  • Consider your responsibility finished once your individual assignment is done
  • Avoid unfamiliar tools or problems
  • Care more about the process than whether the final result works
  • Wait for permission before addressing obvious issues
  • Use AI only to produce quick, generic answers
  • Frequently start projects but struggle to finish them

What Success Looks Like

A successful person in this role can receive an idea such as:

“We need a better way to manage client opportunities.”

…and independently help transform it into:

  • A clear understanding of the problem
  • A proposed workflow
  • A working prototype
  • A tested user experience
  • Useful documentation
  • A launch plan
  • A finished solution that improves how the business operates

You will not be expected to know everything at the beginning.

You will be expected to figure out what it takes to get to the end.

Perks & Benefits

  • Friday Work From Home
  • HMO benefits after the applicable qualification period
  • Paid leave credits
  • Overtime and holiday pay
  • Mid-shift schedule
  • Prime BGC office location
  • Direct exposure to real AI products, clients, and business challenges
  • The freedom to experiment with frontier AI tools
  • The opportunity to build work that may not have been possible even one year ago

How to Apply

A traditional résumé is welcome, but it will not be enough by itself.

Please send us:

  1. A project you helped take from idea to completion. It can be professional, personal, technical, creative, or entrepreneurial.
  2. A brief explanation of the problem, what you personally did, what went wrong, and how you got it across the finish line.
  3. An example of how you have used AI to accomplish something you could not have completed—or could not have completed as quickly—without it.
  4. A short answer to this question:
If we gave you a business problem tomorrow that you had never encountered before, how would you use AI to understand it, design a solution, and deliver a working result?

Do not send us a generic AI-generated cover letter. Show us how you think.
