Job Title: AI Technical Architect (Manager Expert)

Job Overview

We are looking for an AI Technical Architect with deep expertise in Generative AI to design and oversee enterprise AI and automation projects. You will guide development teams, implement scalable architectures, and ensure AI-driven solutions meet business and CX objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Define architecture and design specifications for AI and automation projects.
• Lead project delivery, perform code reviews, and provide guidance to developers.
• Develop scalable front-end and back-end solutions with testing and standards in place.
• Implement AI-driven solutions including multi-agent systems and Copilot-style assistants.
• Ensure production readiness, SLA compliance, and alignment with industry best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate complex requirements into functional solutions.
• Mentor junior team members on business analysis and architecture.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in IT, including 5+ years in technical/solution architecture and 5+ years in Generative AI model design and implementation.
• Proven experience in productionizing AI-driven solutions.
• Strong programming skills: Python, TypeScript, Node.ts, ReactTS, Shell scripting, SQL, relational & NoSQL databases.
• Expertise in AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn) and MLOps practices.
• Strong background in web technologies, enterprise-grade application design, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Bachelor’s degree in CS, IT, or related field; advanced degrees or AI/Cloud certifications are a plus.
• Experience leading AI/ML or Data Science projects; hands-on with DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud-native design.
