Role Overview

Manage and grow assigned distributor accounts by driving sales targets, market coverage, inventory health, trade programs, and strong distributor relationships.

What You’ll Do

• Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual distributor sales targets
• Develop distributor-specific sales plans, forecasts, and growth strategies
• Monitor sell-in, sell-out, inventory levels, and stock rotation
• Expand distribution through new outlets, sub-dealers, wholesalers, and retail stores
• Implement trade promotions, pricing, incentives, and product launches
• Coordinate with Supply Chain, Marketing, Events, and Store Visit teams
• Conduct distributor business reviews and resolve account concerns
• Monitor credit, collections, pricing, and compliance
• Prepare sales, inventory, and distributor performance reports
• Analyze market and sales data to identify growth opportunities

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• 2–3 years of experience in distributor sales, trade marketing, or key account management
• FMCG, pharmaceutical, food supplement, or consumer health experience is preferred
• Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills
• Good knowledge of trade terms, pricing, inventory management, and FEFO/FIFO
• Strong MS Excel and sales reporting/analytics skills
• Analytical, organized, and results-driven
• Willing to do frequent fieldwork and travel within the assigned territory
• Able to work independently and manage multiple distributor accounts
