• Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
• Knowledgeable of all company products to confidently offer to the clients.
• Protect and secure stock, cash and company assets by ensuring that sales activities are in accordance to CRR and existing sales policies, procedures and guidelines.
• Maintains regular and efficient servicing to all distributor assigned to him.
• Prepares, reviews and analyzes his daily sales operations monitor.
• Remits all sales revenues and ensure zero route shortage.
• Submits immediately to his superior all current competitors’ activities within 24 hours in his assigned territories.
• Conducts daily BLOWBAGA/truck cleaning for his route truck and reports regularly route truck trouble.
• Drives defensively and reports immediately any vehicular accidents if any, to immediate superior.

• With Sales experience, Booking and collecting at least 1 year in (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) FMCG.
• With Pro. Driver's License Res. Code 1,2, 3.
• Result Oriented & with advance selling & negotiation skills.
• Manage 2-3x/week delivery and ensure volume off take.
• Manage and maintain the regular schedule of outlets from Monday to Saturday.
• Regular update should be done (closed and opened accounts) and submit to Sales Manager.
• Manage quantity to deliver to ensure minimal/no BO.
• Accepts payment.
• Remit and prepare sales report after each routing day.
• Remittance is not allowed to bring elsewhere.
• Prepare regular POs for approval of the supervisor.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any field or college level.
• At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Required Skill(s): Negotiation skills, Excellent Communication skills.
• Willing to work in Laguna.
• Experienced in handling big supermarket accounts, Distributors.
