Position: Field Sales or Salesman/Representative

Summary:

• Administers the overall supervision of supply chain operations within assigned accounts.

• Responsible for business development, growth in revenue, and meeting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Responsibilities and Tasks

A. Administrative Responsibilities

• Timely submission of weekly/monthly reports.

• Sales volume planning and forecasting.

• Coordination of merchandising and trade development activities.

• Inter-department communication.

• Information gathering and account performance review.

B. Trade Level (Account/Distributor’s Office) Responsibilities

• Forecasting and sales volume planning with distributors/buyers.

• Weekly meetings to address store issues and opportunities.

• Introduction of new SKUs and trade promotions.

• Monthly business development reviews.

• Coordination with supply chain and relationship management.

C. Trade Level (Field/Stores) Responsibilities

• Regular trade visits and field checks (pricing, inventory, visibility, promotions, etc.).

• Ensure efficient returns and limit exceedance.

• Monitor compliance of merchandising personnel.

• Supply chain coordination and relationship development.

D. Other Responsibilities

• Accounts Receivable Management:

• Reconciliation, deduction identification, tax compliance.

• Coordination with accounting/collection departments.

• Delivery Coordination and Execution:

• Barcode maintenance, avoiding delivery penalties, and coordination with supply chain.

Policy Adherence:

• Compliance with Sales Operation Policy and Official Rules/Regulations.
